Steve...
I think of yesterday, but that was 48 years ago
I can still hear Three Dog, and Grand Funk Railroad
And the Stones said It's Only Rock n Roll
And Hall and Oates gave us blue eyed soul
I think of yesterday, but that was 48 years ago

We were just 15. Where has the time gone?
Thomas Aveneue stage. A couple of boys named Eaton and Young
Singing Get Thee Behind Me, Satan
He wrote the words, and I made them a song
We were just 15. Where hast the time gone

Phil...
Now I'm 63 and looking back in the rearview mirror
It's a long road reminds we can't stay young forever
So it's back to the future, back to today
I've got a new lease. I'm here to stay

20 days in a coma, 20 days in the dark
20 days knowing nothing, then I woke up with a start
They told me I was hopeless, they said I should have died
But God must have a purpose, 'cause here I am alive

So a shout out to the people who prayed so long and hard
To the doctors and the nurses. You kept me out of the graveyard
Now I live my life with purpose, now I live my life with reason
My life belongs to Jesus, He's the One the keeps me breathing

I want everyone to listen, I wan everyone to know
For sure this life's a journey, it's full of ebbs and flow
But our God above says come to Me, and I will give you rest
So I thank God for my 20 days, now I'm ready for the best
